The Community Fund is for donations that help TribeZ run programming, awards, and transparency around how funds move. This is separate from strategic investment in TribeZ Spaces — see Investors for that path.

  • Not tax-deductible: TribeZ is not a 501(c)(3). Contributions are not charitable deductions for U.S. federal income tax purposes (adjust for other jurisdictions with counsel).
  • Not an investment: No equity, ownership, profit share, repayment, or securities interest.
  • How money is used: High-level categories include demo-day-style awards, stipends, and operations — see Transparency.
  • Future voting: If we add community voting for demos, participation may be limited to eligible supporters; it is not governance of a security — criteria and weights will be published.

Three contribution levels — each plan bills monthly at the price you configured in PayPal.
